The Garson Team is extremely active on social media with a combined 20K+ followers across the team. We use social as a way to connect with our friends and clients by showcasing properties through the use of engaging Instagram stories and In-feed posts. In addition to our personal pages, our sister agency, VERY SOCIAL, is a creative agency made up of social media strategist, graphic designers and copywriters that will be creating content and developing a social media plan for the building.
The Garson Team creates captivating videos to promote your home. Whether that’s a walkthrough of the apartment highlighting its features or a funny video with a storyline, we will present you with our ideas and collaborate on what style and taste of video you feel is best for your home. We don’t take ourselves too seriously, so we came up with a Web Series called “Comedians in Co-ops”, a play off of the TV show “Comedians in Cars”. We bring on different comedians and produce engaging, funny videos to help us promote a listing.

It’s imperative to us that our sellers are always updated on what’s going on and what the feedback has been from prospective buyers. After each week, we will send you a Feedback Form which highlights the names of each buyer that came and viewed your home, a sentence about who they are, and their feedback. We also have a weekly strategy call with our sellers to discuss showings from the previous week and what’s in the pipeline for the week ahead.
